Khanh Hoa – the charming coastal land in Vietnam

Khanh Hoa is a province in the South Central Coast of Vietnam. It is an ideal place for those who are interested in traveling. Nha Trang which is the political, cultural, economic and tourism central of Khanh Hoa. Tourists coming to the coastal land will be attracted by the beauty, the tranquility of Khanh Hoa.

The first site for tourists in Khanh Hoa is Van Phong Bay. Van Phong Bay attracts visitors by a vast stretch of white sand, clear blue waters and the brilliant ocean of colorful coral reefs or marine life. It is one of the most beautiful bays in the world, is a natural wonder with a mild climate, beautiful beaches, fine sand, majestic mountains surrounding. Van Phong Bay is located between Van Ninh and Ninh Hoa (Khanh Hoa) districts, about 80 km north of Nha Trang. If traveling by sea through Nha Phu Bay to go to Van Phong, the distance is only half and visitors also admire many beautiful.
The bay has very rich terrain, especially island systems, peninsulas, deep bays, wind and beach, sand dunes and attractive ecosystems such as tropical forests, mangroves coastal plants and animals.

Van Phong Bay is located next to Nha Trang Bay (Khanh Hoa), one of the most beautiful bays in the world. There is a rich coral reef system. Sea starfish rest in the sand next to the gentle spiny bridge. There are 350 types of coral and 270 species of fish and shrimp.

The bay has beautiful beaches, unspoiled white sand, clear sea like West Beach, Bai Me, Bai Ham, Bai Bai, Bai Dung. The beautiful islands in the bay include: Hon Do, Hon Ong, Hon Co, Hon Nuoc, Bep Son (Diep Son), go back south of the Bay of Dam Mon, Hon Gom.

Van Phong can not go to Son Do. Son Do not only unique because the village on the beach only 11 households living almost separated from the outside world, but also because of the saltwater is a source of freshwater in the sand. Near the edge of the sea, can enter the sand, dig a hole, water will leak out and a few minutes later settling. Every time the boat crosses the beach, the fishermen take advantage of buckets, buckets to visit freshwater. Residents of the village also live, cooking with the freshwater source for it.

Another attractive site in Khanh Hoa is Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography. Institute of Oceanography is located at No.1, Cau Da Street, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. The French built-in 1923 with an area of about 20 hectares located near the deep sea to facilitate the research of marine species here.
